Concord travels to Kannapolis to renew North Carolina's longest running continuous football rivalry. 

The game is being televised on Time Warner Cable sports channel and also on Radio Free Cabarrus.

Reid and Gilmore propel Spiders to win over Garinger

Concord defeated Garinger 60-12 Friday night in this season’s endowment game.

Rocky Reid scored the first two times he touched the ball (65 yards and 63 yards), giving the Spiders a 12-0 lead after less than 3 minutes of game time.

Denzal Gilmore blocked the ensuing Garinger punt and Landon Loukos recovered.

Reid added another touchdown this time from 8 yards out.

Garinger got in on the action when Jordan Freeman returned the kickoff 75 yards for a touchdown.
