The annual Battle for the Bell will take place Friday night at Kannapolis Memorial Stadium. 

Like most years the game will decide the SPC Championship. Concord, Kannapolis, and Anson are all tied with one loss a piece. Kannapolis enters the game 9-1 overall and 6-1 in SPC play with their only loss at the hands of Anson. Concord enters the contest 6-3 overall and 6-1 in SPC play. Concord's lone conference loss was at Sun Valley.

Expect a standing room only crowd and an excellent game in the state's longest running continuous running rivalry. Concord holds a 4 game lead overall in the series. (38-34-4)
