jimmy_drye_ktownKannapolis defeated Concord 45-25 Friday night before a standing room only crowd at Memorial Stadium. Stats, photos, and more coming tomorrow.

Kannapolis jumped out to a 21-0 lead and never looked back. The Wonders stuffed the Concord running game limiting the Spiders to 42 yards on the ground. Concord's quarterbacks Sean Willix and Tony Moore combined to go 18-35 for 266 yards with 3 touchdowns and 3 interceptions.

Jacquise Moore, Roger Smith, and Jimmy Drye each had one touchdown catch.

Nathaniel Sedergren recorded 13 tackles to lead the Spider defense. Norman Young also added 8 tackles.
