Concord defeated Hickory Ridge 33-20 Friday on Senior Night at Robert C. Bailey Stadium.

After a Hickory Ridge punt Concord drove deep into Ragin' Bull territory but the Spiders came away empty handed after Brandon Barnhardt's 40 yard field goal was blocked.

The Spiders would get on the board first on a screen pass that Dominique Posey turned into a 70 yard touchdown.

Hickory Ridge tied the score early in the 2nd on Brian Baltimore's 8 yard touchdown run.

Concord struck back quickly with a 61 yard touchdown pass from freshman quarterback B.J. Beecher to Jacquise Moore.

Later in the 2nd Concord put together another scoring drive after an interception by Concord cornerback Ryan Goodman. Long pass plays to Jacquise Moore & Terrence Highsmith put the Spiders in scoring position. The drive was capped by a short Dominique Posey run. The Spiders went to the locker room with a 19-7 lead.

Concord's offense continued to roll in the 2nd half. Concord went up 26-7 after Dominique Posey's 11 yard touchdown reception.

Beecher threw his 4th touchdown of the night early in the 4th quarter, hooking up with J.D. Misenheimer for a 28 yard strike to put the Spiders ahead 33-7.

Hickory Ridge scored two 4th quarter touchdowns, a short run by Brian Baltimore and a 26 yard pass to Coye Still.
