Friday the Spiders host SPC foe Anson in the 3rd round of the State 3A playoffs. 

Last week Anson defeated #1 seed West Rowan 17-7. They enter the contest with a record of 10-3. The Bearcats Head Coach is Jody Grooms.

The Spiders beat Asheville 21-13 last week.

The teams played November 3 and the Spiders left Anson with the 46-20 victory. 

The winner will advance to the 3A semi-finals where they will face the winner of WS Carver vs. North Gaston.

Kickoff is 7:30PM at Robert C. Bailey Stadium.
