The CHS Athletic Booster Club will host a Golf Tournament June 14, 2010 at Cabarrus Country Club.

The tournament format will be Captains Choice with all teams starting at 9:00 AM.

Lunch will be provided at the conclusion of the round.

You can register as a foursome, or we will place you with a
group.

The Player Fee is $100 per person which includes:

• Lunch
• Cart and Green Fee
• T-Shirt
• 5 Raffle Tickets
• Gift Bag
