The JV Spiders defeated Hunter Huss 14-8 Thursday night at Robert C. Bailey Stadium.

Later in the 2nd Huss took the lead on a short TD run by the Huss quarterback.

In the 4th quarter Concord put together a punishing drive paced by the running of JaMarkus Wilkinson and Jamill Bost. Wilkinson capped off the drive with an 8 yard touchdown run. On the 2 point try Beecher scrambled to his right and found Eddie Melo in the corner of the endzone to put the Spiders up 14-8.

Huss had one more opportunity but the drive was ended by an Alex Asbury interception, his second of the night.
